Yoga for Anxiety Relief

This course was designed with continuing education in mind for the Level 1 – 200+hr Yoga Teacher or higher.
With that foundation, you will be able to fully utilize the information provided in this course
to enhance your knowledge and current practice.

This course is open to Yoga teachers, therapists, and students who desire to practice
or teach to the public Yoga for Anxiety Relief classes.

However, anyone who wants to apply Yoga practices to relieve anxiety is welcome.
All participants will expand their knowledge and understanding about reducing anxiety levels in daily life.

You will discover many methods, practical applications, and approaches by practicing and teaching Yoga for Anxiety Relief.
You will learn how to practice and/or teach Yoga classes for releasing anxiety
as well as build your understanding on how to keep your classes safe for your students.
As a result, your will be able to develop your own practice within the comfort of your own home,
teach private lessons, or teach Yoga for Anxiety Relief classes.
