This quiz is 19 questions and is based on the information covered in “Lesson 16: Meditation for Beginners” as well as the Lesson Topic: “Guided Yogic Relaxation Series” that you reviewed for this Lesson. Remember, quizzes in this course are designed to help you test your knowledge and help retain the information. Questions will be multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blanks, and/or sorting. You can take this quiz as many times as you want, and there is no time limit. We keep the highest score. Take your time, and use your notes, as you must get a score of 85% before you can take the next quiz. At the end of the quiz, you will automatically receive your grade, and will be able to review your answers. You will then be able to retake the quiz as needed and/or if you would like to earn a higher score. Please note that for Fill in the Blank(s) questions that are marked incorrect, you will see a note “Incorrect. As a reminder, be sure to check your spelling, spacing, and hyphenations.” This does not mean that this is the reason your answer was marked incorrect. It is there as a reminder to check your answer for incorrect spelling, extra spacing, and hyphenations, as these are the top reasons this style question is marked incorrect. Fill in the Blank(s) questions look for very specific answers, so be sure to double check your answer before submitting your quiz.

Questions 1-18 come from Lesson 16: Meditation for Beginners
Question 19 come from the Lesson Topic: Guided Yogic Relaxation Series

If you get stuck, review your notes, textbook(s), and/or video(s) to try and figure out the answer. If you still can’t figure it out, Student Support is only an email or phone call away.
