This week we did a brief review of what we covered last week as well as discussed the bones as a whole, the skeletal breakdown, the composition of bones, the types of Joints (the three types of structures for joints as well as the six types of synovial joints), cartilage, and how the size and shape of bones and joints can affect our range of motion. We finished our discussion on precautions for joints, injuries that can happen, and why this knowledge is important for Yoga teachers to know
