Lesson 5: The Anatomy of Breathing, Pranayama, and Breathing Techniques

This week we discussed Pranayama techniques. We looked at the precautions of Pranayama, discussed 7 things to keep in mind when practicing Pranayama, as well as practiced techniques like Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Diaphragmatic Breathing (Yoga Breath or Natural Breath).
