When you start practicing Yoga, it is important to have a goal in mind. However, it is also important to understand what you can control and the concept of balance or the middle way. Having a goal gives you direction but it shouldn’t be obtained through a practice so persistent that you begin to have tunnel vision. Remember, having goals is good but you must have balance in your life and accept that some goals take time to achieve. Nothing happens over night.
